The rules of Trigons are:
1. Use digits 0 to 6 to solve the puzzle. 2. The numbers given in the puzzle represent the sum of the three digits on the side of the corresponding triangle. 3. Your objective of course is to match those sums. 4. Numbers CAN BE repeated in one triangle. 5. Each sum combination MUST BE USED ONCE and not more than once. All triangle sum combinations are given below the grid so when you use one, cross it off. I will soon start posting tips on how to solve trigons. Basically, start with the 0 and the 18 and then analyze which sum combination can go where depending on the neighboring sums. DO NOT GUESS! Look for two adjacent sums which differ by a large number – the possibilities are usually very limited. You’re right! That’s much more important than any “Strike Sudoku” and it’s a puzzle for Killerfans too. ;o))
First I didn’t like Tridokus. Thought they are boring. Then I bought your Tridoku- books, in cause I needed new stuff from you urgently. Solved all other books before… ;o)
Since this time I love Tridokus.
It’s a complete new dimension for my “Sudoku-brain”. And much more inspiring than a tridimensional “Cube” at masterships.
Always hoped someone could create a Multi-Tridoku-Variant. But it’s impossible to be “handmade”! You found the algorithm now!:o))
During the holidays I have less time…

Great puzzle! Quite difficult but not too much!
I just calculated that with all ten digits (0 to 9) there will be 220 combinations. Good work, djape…… ;-)))

It is possible and I am working on it. But it is going to be very tough! 🙂
I thought it was a fun puzzle. Took me a few hours, with some tough spots and some not so tough spots. I haven’t done any of your puzzles for a while so I’m rusty!
Trigons are among my favorite puzzles. Thank you for putting a couple of them out there! I’m still working through them, but so far, finding it very satisfying!
