It’s been a while since I last posted a Weekend Special puzzle. This time it’s a Flower Sudoku in Jigsaw Sudoku format. Or Jigsaw Sudoku in Flower Sudoku format? I don’t know. There was one Jigsaw Flower Sudoku variant posted a couple of years ago.
The puzzle for today is rated COOL. Make sure to use the Twin Nonets technique. You can also use the Law of Leftovers technique, but you don’t have to.
