To avoid any confusion, let me tell you that the book will be printed in English language and also this book will contain

Groeneveld, you can already pre-order this book from any location in the world by following the link to amazon.
If it will be available in bookshops in Netherlands – it is only up to those bookshops. If they think they can sell the book they will order it. If not – well, you’ll have to order it online.
Book is too small — puzzles small enough cannot find enough room to write in candidate numbers.
The advanced math technique on page 13 does not seem to work if the hole you’re trying to fill is an innie and is 2 cells. 4+8+9+15+9+12+16+32+13(22-9 an outie)=118 135(3×45)-118=17
4+8+9+5+9+2+6+2+3=48 or 8(mod 10) and 135 mod 10 = 5 so 5-8 and add 10 since 5
